Quite the contrary, Mark. OWS is the logical response to the greedy theft committed by major corporations who show disdain for “the common folk”.
Think of OWS as the nice cousin of the French “rabble” who brought down the monarchy in the late 18th century. Also think upon the notion that the Occupy movement won’t stay nice forever….

Fully agree. I like the linking of money to logic in this quote. Quite right. Money is reality, it is the tangible result of the process of thinking. I think i would add to your list of those who love just to see the world burn some others like for example OWS…just saying.

Marx Dudek has sent the clip to Media Matters to see if a full (or fuller) video exists. I’ve read the transcript, which indicates that Walker acted as apologist for Duke and his excesses, but yeah, now I’d like to see the whole thing.

“They certainly are not…” what? What does he say after that? Let’s not act like CONservatives and surgically remove a phrase, take it entirely out of context, and then light it on fire and fling it onto the doorstep of our national discourse like a flaming bag of poop. I want to see the whole tape. What if he said something like “They certainly are not…. my views.” Or “They certainly are not… the views of the vast majority of American people.” Then what happens? We end up looking like assholes and they win again. Let’s have a higher standard. Let’s set the bar. Let’s see the whole tape.

I suspect that Walker was just tossing off some generic endorsement for a fellow Republican, but the very act of doing so without considering the character of the endorsee worried me at the time.

What does “proper boundaries” mean? Keeping women in their places. Typical Catholocist doctrine.
