The crowd applauded at the question and at the answer. The Spouse and I both gaped in horror at this.

Lest we forget, Mr. Willingham was murdered because of a botched arson investigation and Governor Perry’s ham-handed efforts to insure that Willingham be executed whether he was guilty or not.
